This Agreement governs access to and use of PitAPatAI.

By using the platform, you agree to these terms and applicable platform requirements.

Service Overview

PitAPatAI offers AI-powered creative experiences that may include:

• Interactive storytelling

• Character creation

• AI-assisted conversations

• Narrative generation

• AI image creation

Features may evolve over time as the platform develops.

Eligibility

To use the service, users must:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Have legal capacity to enter into agreements

• Follow applicable laws and platform standards

Community Expectations

Users are expected to contribute positively to the platform environment.

Users may not:

• Engage in unlawful activity

• Interfere with service operations

• Attempt unauthorized access

• Abuse automated systems

• Use generated content in violation of applicable laws

Understanding AI Content

The platform relies on artificial intelligence systems.

As a result:

• Generated outputs may differ between requests

• Responses are not guaranteed to be accurate

• Content may contain errors or inconsistencies

• AI-generated material should not replace professional advice

Users remain responsible for decisions made using generated content.

Ownership & Usage Rights

Users retain ownership of original content they submit.

To provide requested functionality, users grant PitAPatAI a limited license to:

• Process prompts

• Generate outputs

• Improve platform reliability

• Support moderation and safety systems

Purchases & Subscriptions

Apple In-App Purchases

Digital products and subscriptions are processed through Apple's billing systems.

Pricing and availability may change without notice.

Auto-Renewing Subscriptions

Where applicable, subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date through Apple account settings.

Refunds

Refund requests are governed by Apple's refund policies and procedures.

Platform Integrity

To protect users and maintain service quality, PitAPatAI may:

• Restrict certain requests

• Apply automated safety controls

• Remove policy-violating content

• Suspend abusive activity

Service Availability

The platform is provided on an "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or continuous availability of specific features.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PitAPatAI is not responsible for:

• AI-generated inaccuracies

• User-generated content

• Third-party service disruptions

• Indirect or consequential damages

These terms may be updated periodically.

Continued use of the platform following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
